About Resonance Repatterning sessions: What is Resonance Repatterning? Is Holographic Repatterning different from Resonance Repatterning? What is a typical session like? How many Resonance Repatterning sessions do I need? Everyone is individual and has his or her own individual needs. We all could use more coherence in our lives, even if we have it all, couldn’t we make even that better? Some people may come in for a specific reason that is taken care of (like needing help making an important decision or having a specific physical condition such as a headache) in just one, two or three sessions. And that is all they want. Some people would like more ongoing support, more like seeing a therapist regularly. This can be grounding, and stabilizing to an individual, in particular during times of transition, or just a time of need. The answer to this truly depends on the client. My suggestion is if you have never experienced a session before, that you have 3 within the time frame of no more than 3-5 months. This way, you can look back at how your life was, how you functioned when you started, and how your life was at the end. You may find the sessions were great, and that indeed, more sessions would be beneficial for ongoing regular support. Or you may find that this process is great, but you may prefer having sessions less frequently. If you are in the latter group, I recommend that you have a session once every 6 months and whenever situations that stress or transition your life, "when your boat is rocked!". It is wonderful practice to take care of yourself using this conscious process. I enjoy and benefit immensely from many many other therapeutic processes and energy healings, but Resonance Repatterning is, I think, essential process for continuing growth and support throughout ones life and to becoming in tuned with your intention continually. What should I do to prepare for a session? What should I after a session? You may notice that parts of your life suddenly begin to just change. Or life is the same, but you are different and need a different environment now. Things that never seemed to bother you before, may suddenly bother you. Or things that used to bother you, just don’t touch that edgy nerve anymore. Whatever it is, let it be. Surrender. It is part of the unfolding of the new you, your new more coherent patterns and attractions. The butterfly growing out of the cocoon. How do I know if I need/would benefit from a session? How will I know that my energy shifted? How will I know that it “worked”? Sometimes the shift is more internal, in you, rather than in the external world or environment. You may find yourself thinking about issues in a new perspective. Maybe things that bothered you before the session, just stop bothering you. And maybe things that didn’t bother you at all, suddenly become issues that need addressing and thinking. Sometimes, but not frequently, there may be some integration time following a session. This means, that situations or emotions may become highlighted, blow up or become very emphasized, even worse for a short while. This is just a sign that things ARE shifting. And the old patterns that want to hold on to the old way of being are being let go of, and sometimes this isn’t easy for the old way of being to do. If this is something that happens-- Don’t worry. Everything will be fine! If there is integration time, it usually is a short amount of time, like a day or two. What kind of shifts usually happens? There is no set answer for this. It varies tremendously. Past results clients have reported as a direct result from the sessions received from me: receiving new job opportunities, getting a raise, getting pregnant, getting married, changing jobs, feeling overall better self esteem, letting go of past traumas, relieved headaches, relieved back pain, reduction of PMS, increasing the ability to dance in public, getting over a divorce, feeling more joy, decreased OCD, experiencing better and more communication in relationship, improved relationships, becoming more mature, honing the creative skills, finding all of the sudden people who owed you money, give it to you, things just start “going your way”….etcetera!!!!!! How can a group session be beneficial to me personally? If regular personal sessions are not in your budget, commissioning group sessions to your topic of choice even can be economical. This would be useful for example, for people working together in an office, or who share a living space, or just friends or family. Although one on one sessions are invaluable (and is recommended for extraordinary outcomes) you can still experience powerful results from group sessions. Can you do a session on an animal or prenate? Many patterns of ours start from the very beginning of our lives, even at conception or in the womb. For example, if your mother was in a car accident when you were in the womb, and she was scared, this may have sent an adrenalin stress response straight to you, and sending you a message for life that “life is unsafe” so your were conditioned to always react to life expecting uncertain danger, and thus attracting just that. Resonance Repatterning helps shift and remove patterns such as the above, so you can attract healthier, positive patterns like “Life is full of wonderful surprises” and thus, you attract that. Can I do HR/Resonance Repatterning on myself? How can I learn? What is muscle checking or applied kinesiology? What does resonance mean exactly? If we are eating poor foods for us, that decreases, our overall resonance. If we are living in an environment that is negative, abusive, or unhealthy in anyway, that too brings down our overall resonances. When we walk into a place and just get a feeling of “ooh, something feels wrong, I don’t think I like it here,” we know there is a RESONANCE about that place that doesn’t feel good. It has that “bad vibe.” When we laugh or spend quality time with people we love, that increases our resonance, it makes us feel good, gives us good vibes, and nourishes us. Sometimes we find it difficult to maintain that “good” love feeling. That is because our resonance field, our patterns, our cellular makeup, are conditioned into a lower resonance state, a state that is used to, and expects even, to feel worse. Patterns are used to being the way the are, and without conscious effort or a miracle, they will stay about the same. Sometimes better, sometimes worse, but average out the same. Resonance Repatterning sessions directly increase your resonance so that you experience as much “good” love feeling as possible. And literally “repattern” your resonance so that your patterns will shift to expect, and be, healthier, more vibrant, life enhancing. Do I have to understand all this for it to work?
